Ooops!
I forgot the best part of the chicken azteca recipe! 20 minutes before you plan to serve it you add 8 tbsp. (or 1 cube) of cream cheese (I use the light). If it's not already, you turn the temperature up to high and let it melt. Then you serve over the cooked rice and add all the other good stuff on top!
