I made this bunny cake. I saw it done on good morning Texas and decided I'd try it. While it's as cute as a button, it didn't taste the greatest. The recipe said to poke holes in the cooled cake, mix a can of sweetened condensed milk with a can of cream of coconut and pour it over the top. I didn't like how it tasted. Oh, well, I guess you can always try something once.

Somehow that seems to happen. Taste is sacrificed for good looks. And look good it does, what a cute cake!
My sister made the same coconut cake (not in a bunny shape though) and I thought it was good. It might not be the same, but I asked her how she made it and she said something about the cream of coconut. Never heard of it before, and I am so not a coconut fan, but it was delish!
Oh and all my birthday cakes I make are from a box and really don't taste that great, but I just want them to look good! LOL!
